The programme covers the bell caves and the amphitheatre. Inside the caves it stays around 20 degrees even in August, and the path between the entrances is short, about three hundred metres, with shade. Bus seats are assigned by list, and the front rows are kept for people who get travel sick.
Arkady Finkel guides one group in Russian, a second group goes with a guide in Hebrew. We split at the park entrance.
Bring a one and a half litre bottle of water, a hat, and the medicines you take during the day. Lunch is not included. At 12:00 we stop for forty minutes in the shade near the car park, so bring food from home or buy it at the park kiosk.
