On 2 July we handed out food parcels and household appliances at the warehouse on Remez Street. Below are the figures and what came of it.

The distribution ran at 7 Remez Street from 8:00 to 14:00, by lists and by time slots, so nobody waited longer than 20 minutes. A parcel held oil, grains, canned food, flour, sugar and fresh vegetables from two market suppliers.
Appliances went to nine families: five refrigerators, three washing machines and one cooker. Volunteers with their own vehicles handled delivery and installation.
The next food distribution is on 6 August, and we accept applications until 30 July at the warehouse or by phone 08-671-4412.
The outcome
Every application filed before 25 June was closed in a single day, and the appliance waiting list shrank from 31 families to 22.
