Nine businesses merged their order of boxes, bags and ribbons. Here is how much it saved and what comes next.

The meeting on 5 July in the hall at 12 Jerusalem Boulevard drew 34 participants. Nine of them were buying identical boxes, bags and ribbons from different suppliers at retail prices.
We put the volumes into a single table, asked for three quotes and chose a supplier from the Ashkelon industrial zone. The joint invoice came out 12 400 ₪ lower than the sum of the separate orders, and the minimum batch per participant did not grow.
We will show the table with the calculation and the supplier's details at the meeting on 19 August, the terms are open to every club member.
The outcome
The packaging reached the warehouse on 24 July and nine participants collected their boxes; the next joint purchase, for labels and stickers, opens on 10 September.
